제17 편대 IAF
No. 17 Squadron IAF제17 편대(Golden Arrows)는 서부 공군사령부의 일부로 암발라 AFS에 주둔하고 있는 인도 공군의 편대다.[2][3] 이 편대는 2016년 번호판을 달았지만 다쏘 라팔레스와 함께 2019년 9월 11일 암발라에서 부활했다.[4]
역사
제17 편대는 1951년 10월 1일 비행 중위 D.L. 스프링트의 지휘 아래 암발라에서 인양되었다.[4] 그것은 처음에 하버드-II B를 비행했다. 1965년 인도-파키스타니 전쟁 때 동부에서 델리로 옮겨져 수도에 항공 커버를 제공하였다.[5]
그것은 1988년 11월 8일 팔람에서 대통령 표준으로 수여되었다.[6]
인도군과의 제휴
2021년 10월 4일 암발라 공군기지에서 인도군 시크 경보병 연대와 함께한 사단 소속이 정식으로 조인되었다.[7]
M. M. Naravane과 17개 중대의 Tarun Chaudhry 공군 소장이 가입 헌장에 서명했다.[8]
황금화살을 소재로 한 피처 필름
1999년 카길 전쟁을 원작으로 한 황금 화살 편대에서 '황금 화살'이라는 영화가 제작되고 있다. 이 영화는 황금 화살 17개 중대의 비행 지휘관이었던 스qn Ldr Ajay Ahuja에게 헌정되었다. 비렌더 싱 다노아 공군 사령관은 후에 인도 공군의 공군 대장이 된 비행대 사령관이었다. 이 영화는 쿠샬 스리바스타바가 감독하고 있다.[9][10]
