투톤소금
Tutton's salt투톤 소금은 MM2'(SO42)(26HO)(황산염) 또는 MM2'(SeO4)(26HO2)(Selenate)라는 공식의 소금군이다. 이 물질들은 이중염인데, 이것은 그것들이 같은+ 규칙적인 이온 격자 안에 결정화된 두 개의 다른 양이 2+들어 있다는 것을 의미한다.[1] 단발성 계수는 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘, 암모늄(NH4), 중수소 암모늄(ND4) 또는 탈륨일 수 있다. 나트륨이나 리튬 이온은 너무 작다. 2분할 C는 마그네슘, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연 또는 카드뮴일 수 있다. 이분 음이온은 황산염과 셀렌산염 외에 색산염(CrO42−), 테트라플루오로베렐산염(BeF42−), 수소인산염(HPO42−)[2] 또는 모노플루오로인산염(POF32−)이 될 수 있다. 투튼의 염분은 단핵 우주군 P21/a에서 결정된다.[3] 강건성은 4면 음이온과 양이온 사이의 보완적인 수소 결합의 결과일 뿐만 아니라 금속 아쿠오 복합체[M(HO2]]]62+와의 상호작용이다.
아마도 가장 잘 알려진 것은 모어의 소금, 황산철암모늄(NH4)2Fe(SO4)(2.HO2)6[4]일 것이다. 그 밖의 예로는 변성 투톤 소금(NH4)2V(SO4)(2HO2)6과 색도 투톤 소금(NH4)2Cr(HO42)2이 있다.6[5] 고체 및 용액에서 M'2+ 이온은 금속 아쿠오 복합체[M'(HO2)]62+로 존재한다.
투튼의 소금과 관련된 것은 이중염이기도 하지만 MM' (SO4)2 (HO2)라는 공식과 함께 있는 알룸이다.12 투튼의 소금들은 한때 "거짓말쟁이"라고 불렸다.[6]
수소 본딩 네트워크와 동일한 구조가 강조되었다.
역사
투톤염은 숄나이트(KMG2(SO4)(2HO2))라고 불리는 자연적으로 발생하는 광물의 이름을 따서 숄나이트(Shönite)라고 부르기도 한다.6 그것들은 1900년 경에 광범위한 염류를 식별하고 특징지은 알프레드 에드윈 하워드 투튼의 이름을 따서 명명되었다.[7]
그러한 염은 높은 순도로 얻을 수 있고 신뢰할 수 있는 시약과 분광 표준의 역할을 했기 때문에 역사적 중요성이 있었다.
