통계영역단위명칭(NUTS)은 알바니아 통계연구소(INSTAT)에 의해 성문화된 인구의 세 가지 다른 계층의 특정 계층으로 지역별로 영토를 나누기 위해 알바니아에서 사용하는 지리적 표준이다.알바니아는 유럽연합(EU) 회원국 후보국으로 분류돼 있다.[1]세 가지 계층적 수준은 NUTS-1, NUTS-2, NUTS-3로 알려져 있으며, 더 큰 영역 분할에서 더 작은 영역 분할로 이동한다.[2]
