스트라한 산은 호주 태즈메이니아의 서해안 지역에 위치한 산이다.해발 855미터(2,805피트)의 고도를 자랑하는 이 산은 맥쿼리 항구의 바로 동쪽에 위치하고 있으며, 소렐 산과 마찬가지로 사라 [2]섬 근처의 항구의 동쪽에 위치하고 있습니다.
