모나치요는 푸에르토리코 산후안 시의 18개 바리오 중 하나이다. 바리오에는 현재 모나키요 우르바노를 형성하고 있는 지역이 포함되어 있었다. 2010년에는 1.15제곱마일(2.98km2)의 대지 면적에 11,442명의 인구가 살고 있었다. 모나치요는 북쪽으로는 모나치요 우르바리오 바리오, 동쪽으로는 쿠페, 남쪽으로는 카이미토, 서쪽으로는 과이나보 시로 둘러싸여 있다.[3]
