자세한 내용은 지역 도시 협정에 의해 자금을 지원받아 지역사회 부서에서 진행 중인 협의 사항(발생 가능성이 높음)에서 확인된다.

마스터플랜은 3개의 상당한 높이의 타워를 가지고 있는데, 첫 번째 타워는 오벨타워보다 약간 더 높은 것으로 보이며, 오디세이 퀘어에서 M3를 가로지르는 제안 타워를 미러링하고 있으며, 호텔 위 20층에서 시작하는 아파트와 소매용 지상 1층 유닛이다. 소매가 있는 다른 60m 아파트 타워 2개도 계획돼 있다.[74]

Odyssey는 랜드마크 타워를 그만두었다. 주거용 84.8+ 28 Odyssey Quays 기본계획의 일부로서, 2020년에 제안된 항공 보고서는 48.7m 높이 제한을 36m 이상 초과하여 탑을 인용했다.

2017년 최초 신청고지서 제안

개발은 2020년 11월 말에 개발자들에게 주어졌다. 이 탑은 유로파 호텔의 뒷모습을 감추기 위해 세워졌다.

주식회사로21-29번길 혼용 63 19 2018년에 제안된 사전계획은 개발자 맥클러와 러쉬가 2020년에 제작한 디자인 렌더링을 수락했다. 공식적인 계획 신청이 임박했다. 노트 사이트는 사무실과 250개의 침실 호텔을 포함하여 20층까지 계획허가를 받은 바 있지만 아직 사이트는 사용되지 않고 있다.
