List of id Software gamesID Software는 텍사스 주 댈러스에 본사를 둔 미국의 비디오 게임 개발업체다.프로그래머 존 카맥과 존 로메로, 게임 디자이너 톰 홀, 아티스트 애드리안 카맥 등 소프트웨어 회사 소프트디스크의 4명이 1991년 2월 설립했다.창업자들은 비즈니스 매니저 제이 윌버와 함께 1990년 PC게임 커맨더 킨(Commander Kin in the Ider of the Vorticons)을 소프트디스크 사원으로 재직하면서 '깊은 곳에서 온 이데아스(Ideas from the Deep)'[1]로 개발한 바 있다.아이디는 창업 후 아포기소프트웨어용 커맨더 킨 시리즈와 소프트디스크용 소형 게임 시리즈에서 쉐어웨어를 추가로 개발, 1992년 "1인칭 슈팅어의 할아버지" 울펜슈타인 3D를 셰어웨어와 소매업을 통해 출시했다.[2]이어 GT 인터렉티브를 통해 소매용으로 출시하기 전 셰어웨어로 자체 출간한 비디오 게임 역사상 가장 중요하고 영향력 있는 타이틀 중 하나로 꼽히는 둠(1993)이 뒤를 이었다.[3][4][5]GT Interactive는 후속편인 Doom II(1994년)를 발표했고, 두 회사는 ID의 최종 자작 또는 셰어웨어 게임인 Sevin(1996년)에 대해 출판 업무를 분담했다.[6][7]

퍼블리싱 게임
