아카데미 국제영화상 수상 라오스인의 출품 목록
List of Laotian submissions for the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film라오스는 2017년 아카데미 국제영화상[nb 1] 수상작을 처음으로 제출했다.[3][4] 이 상은 미국 영화 예술 과학 아카데미가 미국 밖에서 제작한 장편 영화에 매년 수여하는 상으로 주로 비영어권 대화를 담고 있다.[5] 1956년 아카데미 시상식에서 외국어영화상 최우수상으로 알려진 경쟁력 있는 아카데미 상이 비영어권 영화를 위해 만들어졌고 이후 매년 시상되고 있다.[6]
제출
영화예술과학아카데미는 1956년부터 여러 나라의 영화계를 초청해 아카데미 외국어영화상 최우수작품상을 시상했다.[6] 외국어 영화상 위원회는 그 과정을 감독하고 제출된 모든 영화들을 심사한다. 이어 비밀투표로 투표해 5명의 수상 후보자를 결정한다.[5] 아래는 라오스가 연도별 수상과 각 아카데미 시상식에 대해 아카데미로부터 심사를 받기 위해 제출한 영화 목록이다.
