억만장자 사이러스 푸나왈라가 소유한 링컨하우스는 인도 뭄바이 억만장자 줄에 있는 [1]불라바이 데사이 로드 78에 위치한 5만 평방피트의 유산이다.

재산내역

영국 건축가 클로드 바틀리가 1933년 설계한 III급 저택으로,[2] 이 재산은 원래 완카네르의 마하라자, 아마신지 바네신지 경과 그의 아들 프라탑신지 자랄라를 위해 지어졌다.1957년부터 이 재산은 미국 정부에 임대되어 뭄바이 주재 미국 총영사관을 지냈다.

2015년 9월에는 신고된 Rs 75억 달러(1억 1,300만 달러)에 팔렸으며, Poonawalla Group의 회장인 Cyrus Poonawalla는 이 부동산을 가족 주택으로 사용할 계획이다.적립금보다 싸게 팔렸지만 2015년 9월 매입은 인도 역사상 가장 비싼 주거용 부동산 거래로 알려졌다.[3]다만 마하라슈트라 당국은 물론 미국과 인도 정부 간 소유권 분쟁에 대해 2020년 현재 소유권이 이전되지 않고 있다.[4]
