존 하트 주니어(1848–1881)는 1880년부터 1881년까지 남호주 의회의 일원이었다.
하트는 1865년부터 1871년 사이에 남호주 수상의 3배였던 선장 존 하트(John Hart)의 7남매 중 셋째였다.[1] 그는 그의 아버지가 세운 사업인 J. Hart & Co.의 선배였다.
1870년 하트는 포트 애들레이드 풋볼 클럽의 초대 회장이 되었고,[2] 아버지의 글랜빌 홀 에스테이트에 있는 "벅스 플랫"은 클럽의 본거지이자 초기 많은 경기의 장소였다.[2][3] 이 클럽의 창립 비서는 하트 밀의 오랜 매니저인 윌리엄 레스터였다.[4] 하트는 포트 애들레이드 라이플 클럽의 회장이자 애들레이드 헌트 클럽의 저명한 회원으로 1873년과 1876년 동안 폭스 하운드들의 마스터를 지냈다.
1880년 하원의 포트 애들레이드(Port Adelaide) 의석에 선출되었으나, 임기 종료 이듬해 사망했다. 1881년 8월 15일 글렌 오스먼드의 우튼 레아에서 사망하였다.[5]

1877년 그는 1877년 8월 8일에 에밀리 라비니아 핀치(1939년 10월 5일 사망)와 결혼했다.[6] 이들의 자녀는 다음과 같다.
