Janaadhar (India) Pvt. Ltd. is an affordable housing[1] company co-founded in 2008 by Ramesh Ramanathan,[2] who is also the owner of micro-finance company Janalakshmi Financial Services, along with Ramani Sastri,[2] CMD, Sterling Developers and Naresh Narasimhan,[2] Principal Architect of Venkataramanan Associates.

자나드하르 슈바[2](Janadhar Shubha)는 2010년 자나드하르(인도) Pvt. Ltd.가 출범한 통합 읍이다.[3]이 프로젝트는 카르나타카 방갈로레 아티벨레 지역에 있는 12에이커의[4] 땅으로 퍼져 총 1128가구가 집을 구입할 수 있게 된다.1128평형 중 480평형은 싱글침실이고 648평형은 더블침실이다.싱글 침실 평면은 400평방피트(ft)이며, 다른 곳에 집을 살 여유가 없는 사람들을 위해 Rs 500[5],000보다 낮은 가격이다.

마이클 & 수잔 델 재단은[6] 인도의 벵갈루루 시에서[7] 저렴한 주택 프로젝트를 시행하기 위해 자나드하르(인도) Pvt. Ltd.에 초기 자금을 지원했다.
