국제 방크샤레스 주식회사(Nasdak: IBOC)는 텍사스주 래도에 본사를 둔 은행 지주회사다.[1] 이 회사의 주요 자회사는 라레도에 본사를 둔 국제 상업은행이다.

국제은행(Bancshares)은 4개의 은행 자회사를 통해 217개의 은행사무소와 315개의 현금자동입출금기를 미국 텍사스주와 오클라호마주에 88개 지역사회에 서비스를 제공하고 있다.[2]
