보돌란드 영토 평의회

BTC 개발

농업 부문

Mohilary는 농업 분야의 성장을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 계획하였고, 2006년 1월 BTC의 4개 구에서 10명의 임원이 현대 기술을 위해 Bangalore의 인도 원예 연구소에 파견되었다.[18]

산업 부문

BTC, 12개의 핸드룸 훈련 센터와 6개의 핸드룸 생산 센터를 설치한다. 2008년에는 아삼주 BTC의 코크라자르에 등록된 본사와 협력으로 BAHU(Bodoland Association of Handloom Unit Ltd.)를 재편성하여 보돌랜드 지역 에이펙스 앤 Artisans Cooperative Federation Ltd. (BRAWFED)[19]를 결성하였다.[18]

교육

보돌랜드대는 2019년 12B현상대학으로 지정됐다.BTC의 하그라마 모힐라리 소장은 보돌랜드 대학에 12B의 지위를 부여하는 것은 BTAD와 하급 아삼 전체가 실현되는 오랜 숙원이라고 말했다.[20] 모힐라리 총장은 보돌랜드 대학이 BTC와 로어 아삼 지역 전체에서 유일한 대학이라며 다른 개발이나 지적 활동과는 별개로 인재육성의 발판을 마련할 것이라고 자신감을 내비쳤다.[21]

보도어 개발

그는 344조 (1)과 351조에 따라 인도 헌법 제8차 부칙의 데바나가리 문자에 보도어를 포함시키는 데 중요한 역할을 했다.[22]
