고아비카스당(GVP)은 프란시스코 [2]파체코가 이끄는 인도 고아 출신의 지역 정당이다.GVP는 고(故) 시타람 반도카르에 [3]의해 설립되었으며, 현 대통령은 프란시스코 파체코의 파트너인 비올라 파체코이다.[4][5]2012년 고아 입법부 [6]선거를 앞두고 국민당을 탈당해 GVP에 합류한 파체코가 부활했다.바라티야 야나타당(BJP)[7]이 이끄는 전국민주연합(NDA)의 일부다.고아에서 집권 연립여당의 일부이며, 다른 당원은 BJP와 마하라슈트라디 고만탁당이다.[2]GVP는 고아 입법회 의원 2명을 두고 있다.누빔 출신의[8] 파체코와 베나울림[9]카에타노 실바.
