역사

파운데이션 메디컬은 매사추세츠주 캠브리지에서 설립되었다.[4] 이 회사는 브로드 연구소 연구원인 리바이 가라웨이와 매튜 메이어슨이 2007년 238개의 DNA 돌연변이에 대한 대패널 테스트 방법을 상세히 기술한 논문을 발표한 후 구상되었다.[5]
