Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and the chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, criticised the commission for treating the National Capital Territory of Delhi neither as a state nor as a union territory (UT), saying that the Delhi government deserved a 52,000 crore (equivalent to 590 billion or US$7.8 billion in 2020) grant from the union govern위원회가 보기에 UT로서 자격을 갖춘 경우,[100][101][102] 국가로서 노조 정부의 세수를 더 많이 이양해야 마땅하다.[100][101][102] 케리왈은 델리 정부가 이 문제에 대해 인도 대법원을 이전할 것이라고 덧붙였다.[100][101][102] AAP 국가 행정 및 정무위원회 위원과 델리시 시소디아 부총리 겸 재무장관은 위원회의 추천 조건은 "부당하다"고 말했다.[103][104] 시소디아는 대통령과 만난 주 및 노조 지역 재무 장관 그룹의 일부였다.[98] In addition, AAP national joint secretary, Akshay Marathe said—citing Central Board of Direct Taxes figures—that the National Capital Territory of Delhi contributed as much as 1.08 lakh crore (equivalent to 1.3 trillion or US$17 billion in 2020)—or 13 per cent—of the nation's direct tax revenue and got around 325 crore (equivalent to 387 crore 그 대가로 인도 정부로부터 2020년 미화 5100만 달러를 받았다.[105]
