도수티

Dosuti

도수티(Dosutie, Dusuti, Cotton Dosuti, Dosuti 면)는 인도 아대륙에서 생산되는 더 거친 면직물 중 하나이다. 원래, 그것은 마을에서 만들어진 손스펀과 손으로 짠 천이었다. 펀자브는 19세기 동안 다양한 목화 자질을 가지고 있었다. 모두 무게, 두께, (사용하는 실의 개수 및 개수)으로 구별되었다. 도수티는 (double) 수티(cotton yarns)를 일컫는 말로, 두 개의 얀을 쐐기풀로 달아서 만든 천이다. 인도의 동쪽은 다카 머슬린과 같은 보다 섬세한 면 소재가 유명했고 펀자브와 구자라트면직물 제작제품이 더 강한 것으로 유명하다. 도수티는 걸레와 같은 거친 사용에 사용되는 두꺼운 면 소재였다. 다른 현대식 면제품으로는 에쿠티(단실), 틴수티(3실), 차우수티(4실) 등이 있다.[1][2][3][4]

데드 수티는 도수티 면화의 또 다른 변종이다. 데드(Ded)는 1.5가 워프(Warp)에 2개의 실(하나로서)과 웨프트(Weft)에 1개의 실(Single)으로 구성되어 있음을 의미한다.[5]

생산

펀자브 지역은 이런 종류의 옷으로 인기가 있었다. 도수티와 유사한 직물도 감옥 산업에서 저장되었고, 하루 생산량은 10.5실 카운트를 던지기 셔틀에 사용함으로써 28인치 폭의 1인당 25피트로 추정되었다.[6]

사용하다

도수티 면화는 걸레, 가난한 사람들을 위한 옷, 셔츠, 수건, 침구 용도로 사용되었다.[1][2][7]

현재

도수티는 카디 산업의 핸드룸 제품으로 분류되며, IS 179 : 2009와 같은 특정 매개변수로 표준화된다.[5][8][9]
