클라로 콜롬비아는 콜롬비아의 통신사업자로 멕시코 그룹 아메리카 모빌이 소유하고 있다. 클라로는 국내 최대의 휴대전화 서비스 제공업체로 2011년 12월 현재 콜롬비아의 4620만421명의 휴대전화 가입자 중 288만8,791명(62.38%)이 클라로의 전임자인 컴셀과 함께 있었다.[1]
이 회사는 이전에 콜롬비아의 최대 휴대전화 사업자인 컴셀과 아메리카 모빌이 소유한 소규모 텔멕스의 합병으로 2012년 6월 26일에 설립되었다. 그 통일된 회사의 이름은 라틴 아메리카에서의 다른 사업과 일치하여 클라로로 바뀌었다.[2][3]
