논란

미국 국방부는 2020년 8월 미국에서 직간접적으로 활동하는 인민해방군과 연계한 기업명을 발표했다. CNCEC는 이 목록에 포함되었다.[4][5] 도널드 트럼프 대통령은 2020년 11월 미국 국방부가 CNCEC를 포함한 인민해방군과 연계한 것으로 등재한 기업에서 미국 기업이나 개인이 지분을 소유하는 것을 금지하는 행정명령을 발동했다.[6][7][8]
