로 HRIC Biweekly,[6]은 미국은 중국 인권 Biweekly[1](전통적인 중국:中國人權雙周刊, 간이 중국인들:中国人权双周刊, pinyin:Zhōngguó rénquán shuāngzhōukān), 또한 Zhongguo Renquan Shuangzhoukan[2], 또는 중국어 인권 Biweekly[3]이나 중국의 인권 Biweekly,[4]일반적으로 인권 중국 Biweekly,[5]에 알려진 알려진 단축States-based nited 비정부기구인 '중국 인권'[9]이 창간[8], 소유하는 중국 온라인 잡지[7]. 2009년 6월 1일 공식 출범했다.[10] 2020년 1월 30일 현재,[11] 잡지는 더 이상 업데이트되지 않을 것이다.[12]
중국의 인권 비위클리는 중국 본토에서 금지되고 검열되는 뉴스와 의견의[13] 뉴스레터다.[14] 이 잡지는 창간 이래 중국 본토에서 온 해커들의 사이버 공격으로 인해 반복적으로 마비되었다.[10] HRIC Biweekly의 임무는 "중국의 인권 진보를 위한 조언"[15]이다. 이 저널은 해외 중국 자유주의 지식인(中國民主義人)들이 목소리를[16] 낼 수 있는 주요 플랫폼 중 하나로 해외 민주화 운동의 주류 언론이기도 하다.[17]
역사
전 월간지 휴먼라이즈 앤 휴먼라이즈(人民社)와 주간지 휴악시아 전자 포스트(後iaia Electronics Post, merger of子报)[10]가 합병한 결과 2009년 6월 1일 중국 인권 제1호가 발간되었다.

2020년 11월 29일 현재 중국 비위클리 인권 웹사이트는 여전히 접속이 가능하지만 잡지는 더 이상 업데이트되지 않고 있다.
