구분 위원회의 명령에 따라 153번 베할라 푸르바(비단 사바 선거구)는 다음과 같이 구성된다.콜카타 시공사 115, 116, 117, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 142, 143 및 144번 병동.
베할라 푸르바(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)[1]는 제23호 콜카타 닥신의 일부다.베할라 이스트는 일찍이 자다브푸르에 속해 있었다.[2]

1977–2006
2006년 주 의회 선거에서 인도 공산당(마르크시스트)의 금쿰 차크라보르티가 가장 가까운 라이벌인 트리나물 의회의 소반 차터지를 누르고 베할라 동부의회 의석을 차지했다.[16]대부분의 해의 경연대회는 여러 코너에 몰렸으나 오직 우승자와 주자들만 언급되고 있다.트리나물 의회의 파라시 두타는 2001년에 CPI(M)의 금쿰 차크라보르티를 물리쳤다.[15]CPI(M)의 금쿰 차크라보르티는 1996년 소날리 구하(Sonali Guha), 1991년 사옌 다스굽타(Sayen Dasgupta)를 차례로 격파했다.[14][13]CPI(M)의 니란잔 무케르지는 1987년 데바시스 바타차랴 의회,[12] 1982년 발라람 고스와미 의회,[11] 1977년 인드라지트 마숨다르 의회 등을 꺾었다.[10][20]
1951–1972
Indrajit Majumdar 의회의 1972년 Behala 동에서 승리했다.[9]CPI(M)의 니란잔 무케르지가 1971년,[8] 1969년[7], 1967년에 우승했다.[6]그 전에는 베할라가 단좌석이었다.CPI의 라빈드라 나트 무코파디야이는 1962년과[5] 1957년에 베할라 의석을 차지했다.[4]1951년 인도의 첫 선거에서, 베할라 의석은 포워드 블록(RG)의 비렌 로이가 차지했다.[3]
