BMW 7시리즈독일 BMW가 [1]1977년부터 생산하고 판매한 풀사이즈 럭셔리 세단이다.BMW E3 뉴식스의 후속 모델로 현재 6세대다.

7시리즈는 BMW의 대표 차종으로, 세단 차체 스타일(장축 베이스 리무진 모델 포함)에서만 구입할 수 있습니다.전통적으로 BMW [2]라인업에서 다른 모델보다 기술과 외부 디자인 테마를 먼저 소개한다.

7시리즈의 1세대는 직진 6 가솔린 엔진으로 구동되었으며, 후속 세대는 인라인 4, 직진 6, V8V12 엔진으로 구동되며 자연 흡기터보차징 기능을 모두 갖추고 있습니다.1995년부터 디젤 엔진은 7시리즈에서 옵션 사양입니다.

3시리즈 및 5시리즈 세단과 달리 BMW는 순수하지 않은 M 모델인 BMW M760 6.6L V12를 출시했습니다(당시 BMW 제품 중 가장 강력한 모델이며, 동일한 성능을 제공하지 않는 BMW 760 6.6 V12와 혼동하지 마십시오).Alpina B7(G12)은 7시리즈의 고성능 모델 중 하나입니다.

E65/E66/E67/E68은 iDrive, "불타오르는" 외장 스타일링, 액티브한 안티롤 바, 6단 자동 변속기, 전자 스마트 키(기존 금속 키와 함께 제공) 및 야간 시야를 갖춘 최초의 BMW 모델입니다.760i 모델은 세계 최초로 직분사[10][11]사용한 V12 엔진이다.

제5세대 (F01/F02/F03/F04; 2009)

F01은 하이브리드 드라이브트레인("액티브 하이브리드 7")과 8단 자동 변속기, 터보차지 V12 엔진을 장착한 최초의 BMW였다.또한 터보차지 가솔린 엔진과 4륜 구동(xDrive)을 장착한 최초의 7시리즈이기도 합니다.

6세대 (G11/G12; 2015)

G11은 쇼트휠베이스 모델의 코드네임이며 확장휠베이스 모델은 G12로 코드네임되며 추가 L자로 지정됩니다.

G11/G12는 모듈러 OKL 플랫폼(Oberklasse, 독일어로 럭셔리 클래스)[13]을 기반으로 한 BMW 그룹 최초의 자동차 라인업입니다.OKL 플랫폼은 BMW i 모델에 처음 도입된 기술, 즉 탄소 섬유 강화 폴리머를 구조 섀시 구성 요소로 도입했습니다.

대형 그릴을 사용한 페이스리프트

BMW는 향후 모든 자동차 [14]모델에 플러그인 하이브리드 모델을 도입한다는 전략의 일환으로 2016년에는 [15]740e 및 740Le라는 명칭으로 짧은 휠베이스 모델과 긴 휠베이스 모델을 하이브리드 파워트레인으로 출시할 예정입니다.

7세대 (G70; 2022)
