아제르바이잔-인도 관계는 아제르바이잔 공화국인도 공화국 사이에 존재하는 양국 관계를 말한다.

역사

인도와 아제르바이잔은 오랜 역사적 관계와 공유된 전통을 가지고 있다.바쿠 근처에 있는 아테슈가 불사가 그 좋은 예다.데바나가리구르무키 성벽 비문이 새겨진 이 중세 기념비는 두 나라 사이의 오래된 관계를 보여주는 증거다.인도와의 교역 연계는 실크 루트를 통해 유럽으로 향하는 인도 상인들의 새로운 접촉으로 이어졌다.[1][2]

경제관계

인도의 아제르바이잔과의 양자 무역은 최근 몇 년간 꾸준히 성장하고 있다.인도는 아제르바이잔에 제약산업이 잘 구축되어 있고 많은 인도 제약회사들이 아제르바이잔에서 활동하고 있다.인도에서 직간접으로 수입하는 품목으로는 의류와 섬유, 정보기술, 식품과 중장비, 전자카드, 증기 보일러, 기타 식물 장비 등이 있다.[3][4][5][6]

교역 규모는 5000만 달러(2005년)에서 2억5000만 달러(2015년)로 늘었다.아제르바이잔에서 인도의 주요 수입품은 원유다.[6]

에너지 협력

인도와 아제르바이잔은 재생 에너지 분야, 에너지 효율, 석유와 가스, 파이프라인 분야의 다양한 향후 프로젝트에서 미래 전망을 모색하겠다고 약속했다.인도 GAIL도 아제르바이잔 기업 SOCAR과 석유화학 프로젝트 사업 기회 발굴을 위한 양해각서를 체결했다.[7][8]

가즈빈라슈트아스타라 철도 노선

양측은 가즈빈-라슈트-아스타라(이란)-아스타라(아제르바이잔) 철도 노선을 국제남북교통 회랑의 일부로 건설하는 역할을 한다.당초 이 경로를 통해 매년 약 600만톤을 운송하는 것이 제안되며, 향후에는 더 많은 양을 운송하는 것이 제안되고 있다.그것은 이란과 아제르바이잔 간의 무역 관계를 개선할 것으로 예상되고, 더 나아가서는 인도와 러시아를 포함한 다른 나라들도 혜택을 볼 수 있을 것이다.[9]

문화 관계

아제르바이잔과 인도의 문화적 유대는 가깝다.저명한 페르시아 시인 니자미 간자비는 1800년대 유명한 시인이자 음악 작곡가인 아미르 후스라우 시대부터 잘 알려져 있었다.다른 중요한 이름으로는 인도 배우 라지 카푸어의 친구이기도 했던 유명한 가수 라시드 베부도프도 있다.아제리 아티스트 라시드 베부도프(Rashid Behbudov)가 양국에서 아제리 음악과 예술을 홍보했다.아제리 가수 엘미라 라히모바도 인도에 머물면서 인도의 춤과 음악을 공부했다.

사르베팔리 라다크리쉬난 전 인도 대통령과 자와할랄 네루 총리가 소련 시절 바쿠를 방문했다.인도는 1991년 아제르바이잔의 독립을 인정했다.1999년 인도 바쿠 영속사절단, 2004년 뉴델리에는 아제르바이잔의 대표 센터가 문을 열었다.[6]최초의 양자간 협정은 1998년 6월에 체결되었다.이 협정은 인도-아제르바이잔 정부간 통상위원회를 설립하게 된 '경제·기술협력 조약'이었다.그 밖의 조약은 다음과 같다.[18][6]
