라고스 법무장관으로도 알려진 라고스 주의 법무장관라고스법무부의 수장이다.[1][2]장교의 임무는 "국가의 법이 균일하고 적절하게 집행되도록 하는 것"이다.[3]법무장관법무부를 통해 사무의 책임을 수행한다.[4]법무장관은 주 의회의 승인을 받아 주지사가 4년 임기로 임명한다.[5][6]현 법무장관은 모요소레 오니그반조(Moyosore Onigbanjo)로, Mosiq Adeniji가 그 뒤를 잇는다.

법정관세

1999년 나이지리아 헌법 제195조에 따라 "상기 규정에 따라 국가 최고법무관 및 해당 국가의 법무관이 되는 각 주(州)에 대한 법무장관이 있어야 한다"고 규정되어 있다.[7]또한 법무부장관은 법무부장관이 되며, 주(州)의 지방법 집행에 대한 법률서비스 제공 및 지원 책임을 지고 주(州)[8] 소송의 주심 변호사로 활동한다.게다가 법무장관은 사법기관을 감독한다.[9][10][11]

역사

이 사무실은 라고스 주가 설립된 지 불과 1년 만인 1968년에 설립되었다.이 사무소 설립 이후 현 나이지리아 연방공화국 부총재 예미 오신바조 교수를 포함해 16명의 공무원이 그 자격으로 근무했다.[12][13][11][14]
