사무총장은 주 [3]정부의 최고 행정 관료이자 고위 공무원이다.사무총장은 주 정부 업무 규칙에 따라 주 공무원 위원회, 주 사무국, 주 간부 인도 행정 서비스 및 모든 공무원의 전관장이다.사무총장은 모든 국정 문제에 대해 장관에게 수석 고문 역할을 한다.

사무총장은 인도 행정국의 공무원이다.사무총장은 주 행정부에서 가장 높은 간부직으로 인도 순위 23위를 차지하고 있습니다.관방장관은 주 내각의 전관예비서로 활동하며, 따라서 "내각의 비서"라고 불린다.이 직책의 지위는 인도 정부의 비서직과 동등합니다.

역사

아그라·[b]오우드·펀자브·버마 연합주 서기의 급여는 고정돼 영국 라지 시절 인도 정부 합동비서관과 동일했다.1905년의 [b]Warrant or Precedence에 따르면, 인도정부 장관은 인도정부합동사무소와 함께 등재되어 [b]수석비서관급 이상이었다.

수석비서관은 주에 따라 추가 수석비서관 또는 특별 수석비서관 및 자신이 할당된 부서의 행정 책임자인 수석비서관의 도움을 받습니다.

수석 비서관은 주([25][26][27][28][29]州)의 수상이 선출한다.주 사무국장은 일반적으로 인도 정부 장관에 해당하는 직급으로, 인도 [30][31]우선 순위 23위를 차지하고 있습니다.

주정부 장관직은 인도 군에서 육군 참모/지휘관 및 장교의 정장급과 동등한 직급에 해당하며 [30][31]우선순위에 기재되어 있습니다.
