2018년 2월 10일 새벽, 자이시-이-모하메드 테러범은[1] 인도 잠무와 카슈미르 주 선주완에 있는 인도 육군 캠프를 공격했다.군인 6명, 공격자 3명, 민간인 1명이 숨지고 군인 14명, 여성 5명,[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] 어린이 20명이 다쳤다.특히 이번 공격은 2001년 인도 의회 [10][11][12][13]공격 당시 수감자 아프잘 구루[9]기일과 겹쳤다.이번 공격은 2016년 열린우리당 [14][15]공격 이후 최악의 공격 중 하나로 묘사되고 있다.인도 육군에 의해 공격의 주모자로 묘사된 무프티 와카스는 2018년 3월 5일 카슈미르 남부 아완티푸르에서 [16][17][18]군 작전 중 사망했다.

공략

2018년 2월 10일 토요일 새벽 IST 오전 4시 10분경, 3명의 중무장한 무장세력이 36여단의 수용소를 공격했다.공격자들은 AK-47 소총과 수류탄으로 무장했다.이들은 주택가에 진입해 총격을 가해 군인 4명이 숨지고 여성과 어린이 [19][20][21]등 최소 9명이 부상했다.
